Coaches are knowledgeable advisers who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and physical well-being. As your Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice and exercise theory to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Exercise & Physical Wellness Coaching

Whether you are a seasoned athlete, frequent gym goer, fitness class lover or movement novice, you can benefit from customized personal training that focuses on improving total-body mobility, increasing resiliency to injury, and maximizing results. Who doesn't love getting the best value for their investment?!    

In our Physical Wellness sessions, I will work with you one-on-one to optimize every aspect of your movement practice; from increased flexibility, to gains in strength, to defining muscle tone-- a comprehensive movement program will challenge you to grow in ways you didn't know were possible and reveal optimal results. 


As your coach I will challenge you with compassion, keep you accountable to accomplishing your goals, and maintain a disciplined yet flexible programming that will evolve as you grow and be 100% individualized for your body.

Health Coaching & Holistic Living

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.


My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.


Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as feeling good in your body, redefining your relationship with food, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will help you live in alignment with your goals and authentic self.


A 6 Month Health Coaching Program Includes: 

  • two 50-minute sessions per month

  • e-mail support between sessions

  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare

  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want

  • simple but informative handouts and articles that will increase your nutrition knowledge
